Registration to this site is free. We insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. Note: you must be over the age of 13 to participate in this sites forums, polls, care sheets, and any other part of this website. If you are 13 or under, please Parnet Consent Forms.

Although the administrators and webmasters of Repticzone.com will attempt to keep all objectionable messages and photos off this site and forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Repticzone.com or Repticzone.net or site or Datasect LLC will be held responsible for the content of any message.

By agreeing to the terms on this page and clicking the submit button on the registration form, you warrant that you will not post any messages or photos that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

The owners of Repticzone.com and Repticzone.net have the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.

Below are a set of additional rules I hope everyone will agree with and find appropriate.
Please don't make me enforce them. Enjoy the site.

1. You may not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws. Most vulgar words will automatically be changed upon posting. Remember this is an information and resource site. Kids use this forum and don't need to be subjected to vulgar remarks.

2. Making fictitious, slanderous, libel remarks, false claims on people, companies, products, etc are prohibited. This is for your protection also.

3. Advertising sites, products, or businesses/companies in a post by using a link, text, images, photos or any other form is prohibited. No posting phone numbers, addresses, last names, or email addresses. No "check out my web site" or "new web site" type posts are allowed.

4. No banners, no affiliate programs(banners or links), flashing or animated images, or other forms of advertisements or distractions.

5. No broadcasting other sites/forums over RepticZone.com's forums. If we feel your intent is to solely encourage hobbyists to use other forums especially in a derogatory manner...your posts will be removed and continually doing so may get you possibly be banned. We will also consider it "broadcasting for other sites" if you post this informaiton on more then one post.

6. No spamming or repeating posts. No spamming users.

7. Posting plagerized or copyrighted documents, materials, pictures/images without the owner's permission is Prohibited.

8. You may not pretend to be another user.

9. Insulting or personal attacks on other memebers is strongly prohibited. Respect each others opinions. This does not mean you have to agree with it.

10. No selling, distribution, or discussion of illegal materials

11. No Pornography or pornographic related materials or advertisements. Sorry Guys.

12. In cases of illegal activities, wrong doings, and crimes your ip, internet service provider, and other information will be handed over to the proper authority for them to further investigation.

13. All posts must pertain to the subject of that forum.

14. You may not advertise your own forum(s) or chat(s) in the forums. This is due to the increased amount of people trying to create their site off my tab by using RepticZone as thier "marketing tool". I have never advertised off of anyones site, or tried to convince people to come to my site, I did this the hard way and put alot of time, money, patience, effort, and personal sacrifice into this site. So we will not be allowing anyone to post a link or message about their forum(s) or Chat(s) in RepticZone's forums.

15. We do not allow links to other sites that do not allow links posted on their forums. So if a forum that does not allow links to other sites, their links will not be allowed here unless their is a significant amount of needed information, in which that decision will be left entirely for RepticZone.com to decide.

16. We do not allow links to sites that use "Top Site" marketing.

17. We do not allow adverstising of products and/or services on any of the forums or in the messaging system. We let alot of this go for a while, but it is now getting out of hand. Doing so may get you banned.

18.The messaging system
a)May not be used to promote or market web sites outside RepticZone.com.
b)May not be used to promote or advertise other forums.
c)May not be used to recruit members for web sites outside RepticZone.com.
d)May not be used to insult, threaten, or for arguing.
e)May not be used to sell, promote, or market any products.

19. No Photo Contests, Raffles, Petitions or other Contest Promotions are permitted to be posted on the forums or submitted through the messaging system. This is due to previous issues we have had that involved contests.

We reserve the right to change and update this policy when necessary and without notification, so check back here regularly for updates.
