I live in a small town were the values of homes at the moment are pretty low. I’m hoping it gets better over the next couple years. My house is only worth 95,000 in this area, but if you stuck it someplace were there is a lot of growth it would probably cost a lot more. Its funny how that works. Here I’ll show you some pics... Here is one with my backyard, with the ugly house in the background..it wouldnt’ look half as bad if they sided it or painted it...but they did nothing with it. Glad its going to be tore down

And to think...I worked so hard on all those leaves and they are all back! Well at lot less though. They completly covered the ground...couldn’t even see the grass. Oh and fivel...love the pics. Spazz looks very nice and green. And the pic of the little boy on the skateboard is darling! I love it. He had to have been pretty tired. How cute is that! |

 You also have seasons, we don’t really have seasons although the mesquite tree is losing it’s seed pods. Alteast your trees don’t stick 3 inch thorns in your foot. Next time anyone has something grilled on mesquite wood enjoy it because those trees are nasty!!!!!  |

Ouchy..no..no thorns in my trees. Just stupid little helicopter things that fall and plant millions of little trees in our yard and flower beds. I think I’d rather have millions of little trees though, rather than 3 inch thorns! |

I got stuck in the arm by a piece of mesquite thorn. The tip broke off about a inch in side my forearm. I had to go to the ER and have it cut out. It wasn’t that fun. Morquinn> Yeah I don’t get along with my neighbors either. My step-dad subdivided the neighborhood I live in. So i live in the original House. We are working on buying the empty lot behind us to add to my property. I want a bigger back yard. They want like $200,000 for a bare lot. We do live on the edge of a canyon though. Oh yeah and Morquinn I take it you didn’t win the lotto. I still haven’t checked those tickets. LOL |

So you got a crazy lady that lives next to you?? I’m glad my neighbors aren’t that bad. I just can’t stand the guy across the street, but at least he keeps to himself...he’s just a weirdo. hehe...i like that you planted trees after she cut some down. haha. Oh and your about as bad as my husband when it comes to candy corn. He will eat so much that he just about wants to barf. Does it really have fewer calories than raisens? cool...they must be good for you then!! lol. fivel..my house would really be worth that much where you live? Wow. Wierd. And to think I only paid 89,900 for it. lol. Maybe I could move it all the way there and then sell it? lol. Good idea...we could use that ugly house for a hunted house! Their going to tear it down anyways! hehe. So your taking your "nephews" trick or treating? How nice of you. That is very sweet of you. So what are you dressing up as? A fire fighter?? lol..just kiddin. Mozzy!!! Hey there! Glad to hear you made it across the big pond safe and sound. Oh and thanks for the compliment on my house. I am a dork, I have two regular non thorn trees two in my backyard and one you can see behind my house in this pic. Fivel-Ouch!!! I bet that hurt like you know what!! I used to think it was cool to have mesquites until I decided to trim it myself....never again!!! I bet you felt like burning that tree down like I did mine!! Morquinn- My husband loves candy corn too. Infact he is addicted to that and candy hearts for valentines day. Have you seen the candy corn soda at target? Heard it tastes just like it but I can just feel a cavity thinking about it. I will have to tell him about the candy corn has less calories news! I just realized that I have been on this site for over a year!!! Can’t believe I have had George that long and he was sooo tiny. He is up to 20 inches now!! I wish I was on this more because you guys are so fun and silly (in a good way). This is an awesome forum.  |

Mozzy glad to see you made it home safe. Thats a pretty long flight isn’t it? Finners you couldn’t buy a 2 bedroom house for less than 200K here in central oregon. It is way too expensive. I think a haunted house would be cool. Oh and they aren’t really my nephews. But we are close enough to call it that. I’m not going to be a firefighter. I’m going to be the devil. My gf is going to be a female goth/ devilgirl. So we will match. It will be loads of fun. Morquinn I doubt I won either so I haven’t even checked. Awe> I think our house prices are about the same here. Except we have big mountains to look at. |

Mindswepr- I like those little ranch style houses! We don’t have anything like that around here...at least not with the stucco. My sister has a house that kinda looks like that..she lives in Texas. Oh yeah...we love playing with the playstation2. hehe. I guess its good to be kids at heart huh! Keeps ya younger. :) Hey you need to post some new pics of George. I would love to see him! :) I bet he’s a handsome fella. Fivel..silly. I know they are not your real nephews...thats why I put quotes around the word. hehehe.
