Oh and hey...I had to share..My corn snake did something pretty neat last night. We feed him thawed out fuzzies, so I usually hold the mouse by the tail and dangle it in front of him and he just strikes at it and eats it. I’ve heard they sometimes coil around their prey to "kill" it, but if you only feed them thawed mice, they might not ever do it. Well I dangled the mouse in front of Kaa (my husband named him) and he attacked and curled up to squeeze him. It was so neat to watch. This was the first time he did it too. He struck and squeezed soooo fast that it happened in seriouly 2 seconds. It was just one of the neatest things to watch...and I had to share my excitment.

Thats so cool Finners... maybe you could share your corn snake husbandry with me, ya know i have an empty 40gallon breeder tank just laying around and I really want to put something in it, I was thinking another beardie, but... I think 2 is enough for right now, and I have always wanted a corn snake ever since I saw a snow corn at the petstore and fell in love with it... I havent done any research yet on corns because Joe doesnt like snakes as pets, he thinks they are boring, but if they are easy upkeep as far as lighting and heating goes, I think he would give in... I mean we have like 100 pinkies in the freezer right now, I dont think it would starve lol

NO NO NO 24 isn’t old but after 25 there are no real birthdays to look forward to. Think about it 24-25 you get car insurance discounts. then 40 you are over the hill (No offense Rubberman) and 80 you are in Depends. I don’t want to grow old. So I’m not Going to. I will always be young at heart.

Hehe Fivel, we are on at the same time! Cool! Ok I till take the corn snake offer if you win the lotto, what do you want if I win? And dont say a house LOL... a keepsake maybe! If I did win the lotto though, of course I would take care of my family, and I always wanted to start a no kill animal shelter since ours puts down thousands of dogs and cats each year... (They’d probably go out of business if I started one) and of course the rumor that they were putting saline in their euthanasia formula causing the animals to have an extremely painful and long death.. never found out if thats true or not, but an employee told us. Anyways... when do you check the lotto numbers? Sorry this is only the second time I have played!

You are too funny. Well first if you win then I want a water monitor. We have a no kill shelter near my house but we also have a not so Humane society right next to where I work. That would be pretty messed up with the Saline. Well as for the lotto #’s, There should the date of the drawing an the ticket. The drawing is tonight and you can check it online. <-- if it a power ball ticket.

My brother just got in a really bad accident on Sunday, the car flipped over but he came out alive and with no injuries, the cop said he was lucky, so he bought a lotto scratchoff and won $100... guess he is lucky.

No my brother did buy a powerball ticket yet, maybe he will tonight, and its ok if he wins cuz I know he would share, he is a great person like that. I cant remember the last time I bought a scratch off ticket, im not a gambling type of person, only been to the casino once since I turned 18, just never had any luck so I stopped buying. Although I did buy some pull tabs once, like 50 of them, didnt win anything, but the person who bought some after me got both $120 winners... I just about beat em up and stole em lol.. naa im not too violent of a person.

That’s how I feel with my neighbors sometimes. Man I haven’t used this computer in a long time. I have way too many. We have 2 laptops and 2 desktops. So now you know why I’m on here so much. Oh and I do gamble Allot BUT i always have a limit and I’m pretty careful about it. Unless I’m at a fire then we tend to bet on people eating gross stuff.

They’d probably think I was trying to hit on them or something, cuz its two women that live there and they are lesbians. I wouldnt really call them MY neighbors cuz they live next to my rents, but still. Oh and just an update, Joe said we can get one, we just have to ok it with his parents, since thats where we are staying right now. (Corn snake that is) I hope they say yes, which I think they probably would cuz his mom likes snakes and me! :)

Oh ya morquinn. I just read on the other post that you wanted a Tokay. Yep I got one. He is a little bugger though. He does bight but it’s not that bad at all. If he is biteing your hand. But my friend was holding him and he bit chest and drew a tiny bit of blood. It is soooooooo funny when they bight, cause they put everything they have into it. They push down so hard their eyes get sucked into their heads. I will get bit so that I can take a pic for ya. I have been told that you shouldn’t mix species but I have him in my viv with the CWD & basi. No problems yet though. I think it may be because he is nocturnal and isn’t out and about when the cwd and basi are. You should get one for your viv. It’s so cool when they are just cruising around the glass.

ok i just spent 3 hours reading this ENTIRE post and now i feel like im all caught up..lol i used to be on this forum ALL the time, then i moved to florida and stayed with the inlaws fora few montsh and was never on, came back to jersey, didnt have internet, and now that im back i feel like iv missed so much!!!!!and i just realized i never put a pic of me up!!!
