I’ll help you morquinn. I’m now on a fire in Northern California. Man this area is steep. But then again it usually is. fire doesn’t burn so well on flat ground, unless it has a lot of wind. man now i have a low Bat. If anyone enjoys the Tahoe Natl. Forest as much as i do let me know And i will post pics for ya when i get home. Oh ya when i was in Nevada I got to see a dessert Tortoise. He was huge. They are so rare that when we saw them we had to gps him. So they could get an idea of how many are left. Later all |

Ya my computer died in the middle of sending that and i knew it was messed up but I sent it anyways. Where was that fire Morquinn? cause i was almost killed by a propane explosion in Durango, CO a couple of years ago. It happened just like you said. I saw it was gonna blow, so i took cover behind this house we were trying to save. When the tank blew it blew out all the windows and showered me with glass. The fire swallowed the house in a matter of seconds. it sucked cause with no windows we really can’t do much to save it. And it’s someones home you couldn’t save. But you have to forget all that and go to the next one. So anyways on to a better subject. The dessert tortoise, I mean DESERT tortoise was very neat. He was pretty good size. We are always told not to touch the tortoise if we find one. so for years we have thought they were a mythical creature (not really). so it has always been a big joke with the crew. Well finally found one and i didn’t have a camera. I was so mad. It was a pretty big deal that he was still alive and what not. Supposedly they make great pets. And that is one of the reasons there aren’t very many left. It was cool though. I haven’t even checked my lottery ticket. This little tiny town in Cali doesn’t even have a stoplight. So i really haven’t even thought about it. and it’s always old people who win or really rich people who don’t need it. GRRRRRR to all of those. well later guys i need to go take a shower. I stink Bad. it has only been 6 days this time. |
