 Eye problem

I am not totally unemployed, but work is slow. I been wanting a water dragon for some time, and it was a spur of the moment type thing. I called a vet, and around here its like 70$ for just a visit, then additional for medicine and all. Im doing what I can. Plus the lady was very rude and I asked if they recommend anything and they said they cant diagnose it over the phone and give me advice for liability issues.

I’d call around and try and find another vet that sees reptiles. If they are rude over the phone like that, then they aren’t gonna care about your pet. Do a search of reptile vets in your area or something and call around for prices and such. Tell them your problem and ask them small questions like "Should I keep it moist in the meantime?" "Can I use saline solution or turtle drops or maybe antibiotic drops?" Be as nice as can be and feel them out. Sometimes it’s worth a drive to find a vet that actually knows what they are doing and cares about your pet rather than your money.
