 Deer Mice

I guess, but I have heard of house mice getting into a fancy mouse’s cage and pregnating the mouse. I myself haven’t seen this for my own eyes, as I gac=ve my fancy mouse to a friend when my mom got a cat, and I was going to breed mice one day, but I might breed rats instead, as they are more doctie. Ive raised a baby house mouse, and I would love to do it again. It was a rewarding experiance, and the mouse was released into woods in my neighboorhood, and Im shure is living happily.

House Mouse- Mus musculus
This is the same species as the fancy mouse. The fancies have been bred for various colors, ect, but are the same species as the wild house mouse, so it would be possible for a wild Mus musculus to breed with a tame Mus musculus. But deer mice are not the same species so it wouldn’t work.
