This Board is awesome. I tried last week just to feed my snake a dead mouse and he wouldn’t eat it but this week I rubbed the scent of the green anole on a mouse and he ate it instantly. Thanks for all the info people gave me. I am glad that my snake is back to eating dead mice.

That’s great that your king is finally eating mice.
Remember that little stubborn pyro Ruiz I mentioned; well, he is now eating two large pinks consistently. I am feeding live, because I raise my own mice. My lizard colony is safe from here on out, at least until I begin breeding my pyros in a couple years and possibly wind up with some fussy babies who need a reptile start.

Anyway, I’m glad we all were able to help a fellow snake lover!

Yeah, I started my own green anole colony today with 4 lizards, Going to try to feed my snake 2 hoppers next week, I am just happy he ate a normal dead mouse.
