OK, I’ll get on board with this. Rat and Jesse are on the right track. Nothing is getting accomplished by all of this arguing. Just like Jesse, I did all of my research online. The post for new igg owners has every link needed right there. That seems to be the information almost everyone on this forum follows, so any advice we’d give you is from there. That is the easiest way to get started, then if you have specific questions, it will be easier to answer those. Look at the post for tank pictures, see what everyone else has and use them as a guide. Through the links on the new igg owner post you can find cage plans and everything. Also, if you have specific questions, you can private message one of us you feel comfortable asking, keep yourself out of the possible line of fire. At the end of the day all any of us want is for iguana owners to be informed, and their babies to be safe, healthy and happy. We ARE here to help. I hope we can all try to just start from right here and help you. Start with that post, and like Jesse said, READ EVERY WORD!! We all have, and that’s what we all go on, so start there, and you’ll be well on yor way.

To be brutally honest, I don’t think buying an Iguana and giving a test-drive is the way to learn.
4 is plenty. Please, get something like an Anole, you will find them much more easier.

i appreciate your suggesting the anoles but you missed all of the bashing. maybe my next lizard will be some sort of anole or gecko i dont know but all is resolved and my iguana is doing well, he had a banana as a treat from my hand today and we went outside after his bath and ointment.
