 Beetle eggs

First of all, the beetles will change to all black, then they are ready to breed.I have been breeding my own insects for a long time now and i use oats for then to lay their eggs in.The beetles mate, breed, and then the egg layer will make her way to the bottom of the substrate and lay the eggs. In a month or two you will see very tiny worms on or underneith the pieces of apple or carrot whichever you feed them. This info is for meals, it’s basicly the same for supers only the eggs hatch after a week or so.
