 Identify-

Found this little snake outside,It has the colors of a midland but the stripes of banded water snake.Im in central FL

or is it a water at all, any ideas?

Once again an epic fail, Corbin! This IS a Banded Water Snake, Nerodia fasciata pictiventris, Florida subspecies. There is no such thing as a generic "Florida Water Snake", since Florida is home to no less than EIGHT species/ sub-species of Nerodia.
