 Is this forum history?

it used to be alive but now itís dead. is anyone even on here?i just wanted this forum to get alive again so i posted this.what snakes do you all have?i have 2 banded, 1 southern, and 1 broad banded.

Yes Iím wondering the same thing :P I have one unknown (banded, broad-banded, florida banded, or some intergrade :P) southern water snake and one plains garter snake.

2 yellow bellied sliders
1 peninsula slider
30 fish including a 2 foot american eel
1 red eared slider
1 common musk turtle
1 alabama map turtle
1 caspian pond turtle
3 leopard geckos (2 regular, 1 snow)
1 african fattail gecko
1 red sided plated lizard (sudan plated lizard)

1 beagle/border-collie mix

awsome. i think a broad banded and banded have different patterns or structures or something but a southern is way more muscular, bigger,vicious,and itís pattern looks like leaves; not bands.haha i did bring this to life a little more

they may be the same genus but not species.mine look way different from each other. my broad banded water snakes have a redish color with bands ,the banded is greenish with bands,and the southern is alot of shades of green and a bit of yellow but with no bands.

So whaddaya mean when saying just "Southern water snake"? Itís some of those three, isnít it? Or intergrade?

Of course there is different colors and patterns, even if theyíre same species. :D
