 Help water dragon not eating

I recently went to the vet to discover that he may I have a piece of bark stuck. He hasn’t even normal in the past week or so. He did manage to eat a couple mealworms the other day but other than that not much. They told me to get mineral oil and mix it with water and give it to him. I did that and it now seems that he is breathing a little more heavily. Should I be concerned?

he also is skittish and I am not sure why. Usually he is calm and laid back.

If his breathing changed I would without a doubt call the vet back. I’m surprised they didn’t remove it, I had tried bark for the first time before and faced an impaction problem and my vet removed it right away.
