That don’t look good see a vet asap the good thing is it doesn’t look infected. I use neosoprin for minor nose rubbing injuries when my Australian/Chinese water dragons were babies which is common in these lizards.

you just realized after a month??? well i would say take it to the vet because it sounds like your not going to be able to do anything.. i would suggest examining your dragon more then once a month... snout damage willl not be fixed. you can heal the wound but it will always be damaged. if its not getting worse and its not infected your fine. but you need to do something about it. first off why does he have snout damage?. u need to reassess his habitat and take away his ability to snout rub.
