 Water Dragon Behavior

So I’ve had my CWD for 6 months and i handle him as often as i can (when I’m not at work or busy with my other 6 reptiles) recently he’s bitten my fiancee twice and i have no idea why. He’s calm with me sort of still whips when coming out of his tank i was wondering will he ever get out of the skittish stage? and i was also wondering why he’s bitten my fiancee if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it

typical... they can take awhile to build trust. but it will come. they can sense a person not being comfortable around them and they start to feel the same
