 Question about accidents.

What happens when something goes wrong (besides "I never make mistakes and therefore will never get bitten!" Let’s say for the sake of argument that a tornado blows a cow through your wall and the cow smashs you right through the snake cage) and you seek medical attention? I know that in the case of dogs, for example, that inflict serious bites, there tend to be euthensia policies. Does it work the same way with venomous snakes? Or do they just ask "Is it locked back in its cage? Are you SURE it’s locked back in its cage?" Has anyone had any experiences dealing with this question?

I was bitten by a Copperhead years ago and that was the first question asked, is it locked back in it’s enclosure.

So there was no "zero tolerance" push to euthenize the "vicious copperhead?" I’m glad, but to be honest I’m a little bit surprised.
Anyway, cows aren’t so bad; I feed them to this guy when I run out of dolphins:
