 Cool End of Enclosure

I’ve read many opinions on the temperature range of the cool end - from 80 to 95 degrees. On a hot day like today, the cool ends of my enclosures are about 92. Is this too hot for a long term cool side temp? The Uros seem to like it.

92 is closer to the hot end ambient temps not cool end. cool end should be 80-85. hot end 95-100 with a basking surface temp of 120-140. how can you tell if the uro’s ’like it’ ? is it because they frequent that side? my uro’s love to hang in the hot end too.

Uro’s need and will escape extreme heat situations and need ample space in the cool end to be able to thermoregulate. without this ’escape’ they cannot operate their bodies efficiently. this may or may not lead to a compromised immune system, stress, behavioral changes and dehydration

They "seem" to like it. They are more active and don’t seem in distress.

I have had these temps for 15+ years and all my uro’s are very active. there may be an underlying issue with regards to their behavior.
