 Male or female?

Hi. I wonder if someone can help me with the gender of one of my egyptians? Its aprox 3 years old and weighs about 520 grams.

an unusual enclosure. is it a triangle? curious to know more about the temp gradient you get in that shape.
looks to be on the small side though. what are the dimensions?

I also think now its a male. The previous owners stated it was a female and so I believed until a couple of months ago. There is some 1 mm waxy substance protruding from the pores on the hind legs, that has not been there before.

Yes, its a "triangle". The bottom area is about 1,2 m2. Its my smaller species living in there. The egyptians have a 2 m2 enclosure now, with 40 cm substrate to burrow in. I can say that they really love to dig! My ornates and ocellates hardly ever digs but the young hardwikiis is almost as interested in digging as the egyptians.

The temp gradient in the "triangle" is from 55 C under the MVB lamp to 25 on the coolest side, under the fake rocks.
