 Fecal smear procedure

Im taking some of Herbies droppings to the vet for a check tomorrow.
He just pooed and im taking it in the morning, what should I do with it until then?
I was thinking putting it in a ziplock, will it keep and still be valid in the morning?

Hey, I just decided the same thing, how strange. I put mine mine in a ziplock for a fecal check tomorrow. Didn’t really know what else to do with it.
