 Zosime Update [=

I thought I’d share some pictures of Zos to show how well he’s doing. (: He’s active, happy and eats like a pig. =P He doesn’t have any more parasites. His face infection is the only issue now; he still gets the liquid cleanser stuff for it twice a day, but it looks much better than it did. I was going to wait to take his pictures because he’s shedding right now, but I got too impatient. :P Enjoy!=)





Sorry, they turned out kind of dark; darn camera. -_-

He’s not in a 40 gallon; we just bought him a new one that’s 5 feet long. This is the cage he’s in.

Stykalfein’s in the 48x24x24 cage. Zos is 9 inches long, not 18. :P That’d be a big old Mali. Why do you think he’s in a 40 gallon?

It’s okay; cameras can be deceiving. I know that everyone on this forum just wants to know all Uros are properly taken care of. (: I’d never keep a Uro in a tiny cage, knowing how much room they really need. Thanks for your concern and comment. :]

great work..... I seem to recall a few people saying this uro couldn’t be saved and it was beyond help. I am glad you listened to a few of us who saw hope.
keep it up. keep up with the vet,meds,diet,temps etc..

They have such a serious face, all of them, but underneath....if you really look close....you can see more. Zos has this look on his face that is kind of prissy proud funny!!! I am so glad he is doing so well! I too wondered if he really could be saved and prayed that all of your efforts were not going to be in vain! Yeah, I love his adorable face. (: His bottom lip still sticks out (I think it’s from the face infection), and it looks like he’s pouting; I think it’s the cutest thing. >_< I love all Uros face expressions, though, Stykalfein always looks so sweet, too. Awh, they’re just great animals! :D
