It depends on what conditon they are in to start with. A healthy fat Uro could prob go a couple of months without eating much, but they do need to eat to keep hydrated.

I have just had the unfortunate expirence of a WC Uro which was quite skinny that didn’t eat for 19days before he died.

But my new Uro has started to eat within 24hrs

I don’t know with how long with a URO per se but I do know that from experience with other reptiles I have had them when they were healthy and well fed go through a period of sickness treated with antibiotics and then have to get their stomach flora straightened with Probotics that meant they didn’t eat for 4-6 months without occasional force feeding of anything else except some Soy Yogurt or Stimulant paste of a couple CC’s. They definitely lose upwards of 20% weight but this doesn’t seem to be life threatening. The biggest problem as I see it with the URO since its not advisable to soak them often is keeping them hydrated. It will probably need to be tube fed some pedialyte!

In order to go into full brumation, you have to have very short day periods, very cold temps. Most slow down in the winter, but don’t stop eating totally. And it is usually later in the season. Normally they still come out every day, still eat some every day. Did you put yours into total brumation? If not, you are having some other problem if he is not eating AT ALL. Slowing down and stopping are not the same thing.
