 Not doing good

Harry hasn’t eaten for a while now. He is VERY lethargic and seems to just sleep most of the day. I never see him bask anymore. He also has no dull colors, like he is about to shed. He looks exactly the same.
Also, there is something on his bottom lip that is a dull brick color. Like a weathered red/orange color. It looks like a piece of his iguana food that is just stuck to him. Yet, I took a wet cloth and tried wiping it off and only the edge seemed to lift. It’s still on his lip and has been so for over a month now. Should I be worried? It doesn’t look like an open wound or cut.
Lastly, since he is not eating, I read to sprinkle bee pollen over his food. Where could I get this?
I am really worried about him. I hope he is adjusting, but he did perfectly fine when I first brought him home from Petland. He ate right away and acted normal.
Please help! I am also unable to upload pictures for some reason (even on photobucket and etc...). If anyone has any pictures to show me similar to what I’m describing, it would be a lot of help.

What size enclosure and what are your temps and basking temp? Usually it is a husbandry proplem when they act like this. What are you feeding him?

I’ve said this before numerous times, but his tank size is 2ft wide by 4ft long and 18" high. I mainly feed him endive and escarole with bok choy some days and spring mix other days. I try sprinkling some other veggies like carrots and peppers, but he doesn’t care for those. All of his food is sprinkled with Uromastyx dust made by T-REX except when I feed him juvenille iguana food about once a week (loves those).
He has a canopy light fixure over his tank (no screen) that has 3 new UVB bulbs. He also has two dome lamps that heats up his basking area up to 122*. The rest of his tank is upper 90’s and the other end of his tank is in the 80’s. He has plently of room to move around and has large and small branches to climb on (purchased). He also has 2 hides. As for sand, it is from Home Depot and is playsand. Harry is about 7" long and was purchased on June 13 2008 at Petland.

His enclosure and setup sounds fine from previous posts "except no top" you will have an escaped uro eventually . I would get him to the vet . Maybe he has a parasite and the stress from the changeover was just enought to let it get him down .
