 Dying Turtle?

So I have a RES turtle about 2inches big and I put him in a lagoon every morning for him to get some sun outside on the ledge. When my bf went to check on him he wasn’t in the lagoon and he landed on the stair case. I live on the second floor so it was a pretty big fall. His shell does not look cracked from out the outside. We put him back in the tank and hes just holding onto his log and barely moving..What to do??? He eats a little bit but I dont know if hes "recovering" or slowing dying...help advice

If he dose not start getting better in a few day i would take him to vet. they do have really strong shell so that help with the fall when he landed. if he is eating then he may just need time to recover.

Vet. Take no chances; just take him to a vet.
