 HELP! (GREY TREE FROG)

So my friend fairly recently bought a grey tree frog from Back Water Reptiles and she ended up giving her to me because I have 3 fire belly toads and another grey tree frog, all of them are in separate terrariums but I noticed that the tree frog she gave me has this slight open wound thingy- there’s no blood or discharge but I am still highly concerned because I want to do anything I can to help the poor baby so any help would be greatly appreciated. I have no idea what to do nor do I know how it got there. She’s still very active and is eating but I just want to know if there is anything more I can do.
Thanks!

 HELP! (GREY TREE FROG)

As long as she is active and eating I would not be too concerned. Make sure there is nothing in the tank that she could have caught herself on and got cut. Otherwise she will heal!
