Help!!! What is wrong with this bullfrog tadpole!!!!!!!!

Help!!!! We found this tadpole in a freshwater pond on Long Island, NY. We don’t know what’s going on with it. We believe it to be a bullfrog tadpole due to the coloration. It has 4 bulbous "blobs" (sorry for the unscientific word) surrounding the hind legs. They are translucent and you can see the leg growing through the middle of them. They are uniform on both sides. The skin on the "bubbles" is similar to that of the frogs natural skin pigmentation. It seems to have difficulty swimming and sort of looks like a struggling waddle. It is also staying near the bottom of the tank. If you have any idea what’s going on please share, my campers are super curious to find out what it is., and it’s a great learning opportunity.[

Bullfrog tadpoles are pretty big so they will most likely wobble and its very natural for them to hang around the bottom of the tank.
