 Tad pole Advice Please

I just purchased a bullfrog tadpole, I was wondering what kind of tank should I put it in?
What should I feed it? I have black worms and fish flakes for it. Is that enough. At the moment I have it in a quart sized container. I have a tank at home but it doesn’t have a heater. The tank is about 5 gallons might be less. Is the tank good enough or should I get a new one immediately? It’s really important that I get an answer soon.

You should have a 5 gallon tank and tadpole flakes. Some fish flakes might not have enough nutritional value. Tank heaters are not needed. I’ve had 11 tadpoles before. Black worms are not needed, but if you want to give him worms, red worms are also good.

It’s actually a 1 gallon tank. I just figured that out. The tadpole is about four inches long; does it really need 5 to ten gallons of water??
