What’s with a tadpole that hasn’t morphed after 6 months?

I have a leopard tadpole that has been a tadpole since May 4, or almost 6 months now. The rest of the group of tadpoles either died or changed into frogs in July, he is the only one that hasn’t changed. He sprouted back legs a couple months ago but has not progressed (he is also a little crooked). I still do a half-change of water every couple days, but don’t know what to do at this point. Is it possible that he may never change, or could he still change after all this time? Any thoughts?

keep taking care of him like normal for now. Sometimes raising temperatures a little makes them transform quicker, with the winter coming he probably won’t do much in terms of change unless you do make it a bit warmer.
Tadpoles are always cute little guys either way though, so at least it’s not sooo bad if he ends up not changing :)

keeping him oustside makes them go faster.
