 Spider Identification

Hi All,
I am new to the site and live in sunny Cornwall (not) in the UK.
Can anyone help with identification of a spider I have.
It. is a baby, size of roughly thumbnail size. It is black with orange legs, black
tipped at the ends. It has four distinct orange squares on either side of it’s back, slightly diagonal.
It appears to make lots of small tunnels in substrate before linking them into a central hub where it sits. Each tunnel has webbing going inside which I assume goes to the central hub. I was told it was special, it was la belled with T. S. but no one seems to know what it is.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks
J
