Ok.I was just wondering if there are non-aggresive tarantulas that you can handle,other thatn the rose hair and the pink toed.I was looking into getting my first spider.

L.parahybana is a good one if you want something large. They grow fast, can get to be around a 9"-10" leg span, the 8" female I had rarely kicked hairs either.

I got my Lasiodora Cristata out the other day, not as bad as i was expecting. it was actually like holding my rose, only larger lol

And do you think a beginner could properly care for such a large spider?
Im also looking into my first spider and want something less common than a rose hair.
