The best and most humane way would be to make a CO2 chamber. You can find plans for an easy to make one online but if you only have one snake why are you having so many litters? I should think one big litter would tide you over for a good couple of months.

Paint ball 20 oz tank CO2 at paint ball specialty stores...25.00 at Sportmart /Big 5 ....35.00
Twist tight valve (as you tighten it releases gas) 5.00
Tubing 2.00

Walmart Tupperware container with lid drilled for tubing and relief holes so lid doesn’t blow off...

Put mice in container and place into a 13 gallon trash bag ...deflate all the excess air...insert tubing and turn on gas/ CO2

Within 60-90 seconds mice will be down and humanely euthanized...

Pinkies up to a week old can be placed in a plastic cup and directly frozen.
