 HELP, sick sandfish

My husband and I have five different skinks that we keep in a 40 gallon tank, including one sandfish. All of them seemed to get along, and only a month ago the sandfish was fat and active. Since then we’ve rarely seen him, but considering the way sandfish are we didn’t think much of it. Tonight, however, I saw him lying on top of the substrate, and I was horrified. He’s lost SO MUCH weight, has a bite mark on his tail, and he can hardly move. I’ve got him in a small isolation tank, sitting in a tepid bath, and put a few silkworms in to tempt his appetite. Can anyone suggest anything else I can do for him? We don’t want to lose our little guy!

Separate all the skinks.
What different types do you have?
Pictures?

 HELP, sick sandfish

I would never put different kinds of reptiles together. separate him permanently and leave mealworms in a small dish at all times
