 Fogger?

I’m getting a baby red eye crocodile skink from a local breeder and was wondering if a fogger would be a good idea for this type of lizard? It will be going in a 55 gallon tank and will be using moss for bedding and adding a large water dish.Just wondering if that is enough humidity alone.

 Fogger?

i would not use moss as a bedding it can cause impaction is ingested

cypress mulch or bed a beast type bedding is best

also your skink might have trouble getting around in such a large tank(finding food basking spots etc.) especially if it is a baby when you get it

i wouldnt wase your money on a fogger thise get very hot to the touch and they dont work well for the money

your best bet is to have a solid top and mist him often to keep humidity up plus the bedding will help as well

 Fogger?

thats good to know about the cypress thanx I did find a fogger the does work well.the exo terra I know would not be good at all as it does get hot,but the Zoo Med one would not have that problem!!!!How about a waterfall?I had my eye on one from exo terra(large)that would be big enough for this skink to climb and swim in!!!!!!
