The skink alone will cost you $100 to $200 alone. The 20 long, IMO, will work for about the first year or less, but then you should consider upsizing the cage. As far as the cage accessories, that all depends on how much you want to spend really. You can get a bag of cypress mulch at your local home store, such as lowes or home depot for a couple dollars (that will be enough to do several bedding changes), a cardboard box for a hide, a dish you find the kitchen cabinet for water, and a peice of slate for basking which will run you abotu $2 from Lowes or Home Depot as well. I would say that you can have anywhere from $5 on up on supplies. Just all depends on how much you want to spend and how realistic you want to make the skinks cage.
