 How can I ship a skink?

My cousin in FL has 2 skinks she wants to ship to me, was told by Fed Ex, UPS & USPS that they can’t ship them. Any ideas? How can I get them to IL?

They give step by step directions, and are authorized to ship reptiles through UPS and it is a discounted rate. You can also order the proper shipping materials through them.
