Well, with just a lucritive common name to go on, it would be several different species. Get the latin name for it and we can help more.

The Latin name is Vejovis Carolinianus just do a google search .There are quite a few articles on this scorp with all the info you are asking for

3. Range: South Eastern USA
4. Type: Terrestrial

6. Full Grown Size: 1.5"
7. Growth Rate: Medium
8. Temperature: 75-80
9. Humidity: 70%
10. Temperment: Skittish
11. Speed: Fast
12. Venom: 1
13. Diet: Young can eat Pinhead crickets, small roaches, meal worms. Adults can eat Meduim crickets, roaches, small super worms
14. Housing: Adults Medium critter keeper, 2 gallon tank, or rubbermaid type container. Young can live in small critter keepers or large deli cups
15. Substrate Depth/Type: 3" Peat/soil mix
16. Additional Comments on This Species : Rocks, logs and bark should be added for hides
