 Marbled Salamander Breeding(help if you can)

I know a lot about the breeding but what I don’t know is what is the humidity suppose to be.They breed in the Autumn before the floods and I keep hearing that "Rain chambers wont be effective".So does this mean that they are triggered by low humidity or by high humidity?

Well, in nature they lay their eggs on land in a low-lying area that ends up being flooded, and the eggs hatch into larvae in these temporary pools... Here is an account I saw on caudata.org of someone who apparently managed to breed them in captivity, check it out:
