 FIRE OR TIGER SALAMANDER OR BOTH

I had a Barred Tiger Salamander but he died. So should I get a pair of Barred Tiger Salamanders ( Ambystoma mavortium mavortium) or a pair of Italian Fire Salamanders (Salamandra salamandra gigliolii) or a pair of a Pyrenees Fire Salamanders (Salamandra salamandra fastuosa). Please help.

first, how did your first one die? could it have been prevented? how will you keep these salamanders?(conditions, cage, temps, ect)

Well I kept him terrestrially but in the spring I keep him in a semi-aquatic setup. But this time in stead of gravel I used a spaghnum moss/coconut fiber mixture with some ferns to soak up excess water. Then the day before he died he started coughing up blood. My mom thought it was because of the excess moisture. So I put him in a bucket with some moist moss. The next day 15 minutes bforre he passed away I checked on him. He smiled at me . I went outside for a brief moment. Themn my mom comes out and says,"Don’t cry but your salamander’s dead". But I’m eleven so I cried and my dad kept telling me to shut up aand accept the fact he was dead.
