 Baby Salamander problem

ok about 5 days ago I got a baby salamander and ive been trying to feed him but he will not eat what is wrong????

You may want to add a bit more information. You could try cleaning out the aquarium. Is he showing any evidence of a bacterial/fungal infection or red-leg sydrome. Try covering the aquarium to make him feel at-ease. Could the original source have given him some long-term problems. Adding on to what Dane_Zoo said, the the diet may be the problem. Live crickets usually are the best way to go but if your salamander is too small, try some smaller crickets, mealworms, or mabey bloodworms. What kind of salamander is it?
