Yes. You CAN bred any two types of fancy mice in the world, but what you will get is the real question. You might get a color called Champagne. Very pretty. Looks like a light chocolate with ruby/pink eyes. It depends on the color of the ruby eyed mouse and what the chocolate carries. If your ruby eyed is splashed and carries something from the c locus (say Himalayan), and your chocolate carries dominant spotting (variegated), you could get tri-color offspring! But if your ruby eyed is a random self and doesn’t carry choc, you could get virtually anything that either parents carry. Dominant or recessive that they both carry. You need to go into a bit more detail before I can really start to predict things.
