 GTP eye cap question?? thank you

Hmmm?
One of my Gtp’s eye is yellow and large.. I was thinking that the cap didn’t come off during last shed? I cant find any photos of stuck caps on line..
He seems fine in every other manor .. he just took a FT rat pup.. and he is as alert (and bitey ) as ever..
any suggestions??

shedding can be a problem for these guys. I gave mine a month to finish on his own before i soaked him water. I would guess that’s what it is. i’ve never seen it before though. if you’re worried, put him in a large container with warm water and see if it will rub off, or take him to the vet if you don’t want to risk that. I don’t know though, because mine is the exact opposite of aggressive.. he couldn’t be any calmer. Good luck.
