Yes, you can but you should NOT do it if you care about the long term well being of your snakes.

That would be an alright sized enclosure for the ball alone if thats ok. But seriously Its not even the best idea to house two snakes together even of the same species. I say as stated above, don’t do it.

Ball pythons are claustraphiles. They like tight, enclosed places and are hard to keep in larger setups without stressing them. I’m not saying that i you put one in a big cage with lots of hiding places that it can’t wok, I mean, thney DO live in the wilds of Africa without any plastic storage bins. Nor am I agreeing with the people who just use that "big cage=bad" factoid as an excuse to shove a three foot long python into a ten gallon tank. But I’m saying two things: One, even a fairly large BP would be perfectly happy with half the floorspace that you’re descrbing. And two: Setting up a larger cage in a fashion that won’t stress them does not entail being run over multiple times a day by a rapidly-growing Burmese.
Also, as fast as that Burm is gonna grow, it’ll be using that whole cage all by itself in a few months. Getting a big plastic storage bin for the ball python now will give you a little more time to get a bigger one for the Burm. Once the Burm is finally out of there, then you can try having a go of it with the ball in there if you want to, and just use the big storage bin as a big storage bin. Or, once you see how well the ball python does hiding in a box all day in a little cage instead of hiding in a box all day in a big cage, maybe by the time the Burm moves onward you’ll have a yen for something intermediate-sized, like a jungle carpet. Time will tell.
