I have a BIG decision to make.
I plan on buying my second retic around march or so.
But I do not know what to buy.
I want a super tiger or a purple albino.
But I was looking at some pictures and videos and I think i want a normal.

Please post pics of your normals, if they are from a locality please say where.

HMMMM, if I am not mistaken, you posted on another thread under a different name and called yourself a pro with big constrictors ? I find it funny that now you ask for people to post pics of their normals and if they are a locality what locality they are. All retics have a locality, hell even people have a locality they come from. Class dismissed.

Can you please post the post and the name of the poster, because I do not remember posting anything about being a pro.

I also said that about the locality because people sometimes get their retics just as normal retics from a petshop for example.

Maybe I was wrong about you posting under a different name then this one. Even if a Retic is a " normal ", there is still different localities of normals. Even if a retic did come from a pet shop, somewhere in its blood line it had wild family members that were from certain localities.

obviously it must come from somewhere, maybe it was mixed, you never know.

Sorry for the confusion. I am only 16, I cant say I am a pro at anything, lol.

People can still post pictures on here, but I have decided to get a super tiger.

Most kids on this forum and a few other forums get pissed off when an adult tells them this but here it goes. Iím curious as to what you are going to do after you graduate ? Are you going to college ? If so who is going to take care of 2 retics for you, you know, feed them, clean their cages, give them water and so on ? Why donít you wait until you are a little more situated with life to get another retic, there is plenty of them out there and you are young.

They get pissed because it is the same dummy everytime someone sees minors with snakes.

I am going to FIU. I will take care of them. Is there a problem?

Because most 16 year old kids shouldnít have a retic as a pet, much less 2 of them or more. They are a big snake to handle alone, when they get big the cost of feeding one goes up and a good number of college students will have a hard time supporting the feeding habits of a big snake like that much less themselves. Be it pertinent to the question or not, it is something kids donít think about before they buy these animals.

It isnít that minors shouldnít have snakes but minors shouldnít have such big snakes, refer to what I said above for the reason. Iím sure you also wonít be able to keep a 16 foot retic in a college dorm if that is where you will be staying. Of course the older people in this hobby are stupid for trying to make you kids understand this.
