 Any body know what a "holdback albino" means?

I know somebody selling a pair of females but i can’t find anything on google to tell me what it actually means

It means that when their clutch had been born they liked those the best and kept them until they were older.

So, maybe those females were the brightest in the entire clutch so they kept them. However, now they don’t want them, or just feel like they will get more for them, and is selling them now.
