Help! is my baby burm okay? so i just transported by burmese python via airplane from san francisco to new york. i kept her warm in a duffle bag on my lap. I kept her out on my bed last night while i unpacked and when i picked her up to put her back in her home, she quivered for about 3 seconds, felt like a little seizure or something. Today when i looked at her, the entrance to her mouth is black. Does anyone know what this could mean? i’m very worried. and does anyone know where i can find a good reptile vet in NYC? thanks!

Help! is my baby burm okay? Never heard of this type of thing happening just from transporting an animal, you may have wanted to do a little research before getting a burmese python in NY as they are illegal in that state. I’m not sure what you wil encounter when attempting to bring it to a vet, or what the penalty with authorities in your state would be.
