 Breeding burms?

I have a albino green male that is about 3-4 years old now and about 8-9ft.
Then I have an albino female and normal dbl het female, they are about 12-13ft. I’m unsure of there ages. I have had them for a little over a year now. Last year my male tried to breed with both my females but no luck. (I didn’t cool them done) I have them all in separate cages and my questions are:

1 . should I cool them down and if so to what temp. I worry about them getting sick b/c last year my male came down with a slight URI.
2. when should I put my male in with the female. what months.
3. does any one know of any good web sites or books on breeding.
4. also do the female even look big enough to breed? They seem a little small to me.

I like my snakes better so i thought I would give them the house and the cats there cages : ).... My cates are stupid... on cleaning days they always will go in the snake cages. I had to close the door b/c Fluffy was coming back to her cage.

;]
Just kidding.
But I love snakes. I grew out of the dog/cat love when I was six.
