 Is this heating ok?

i have a 3-2-2 (l-w-h) viv and a heat matt half the size on 24/7 and i will put a light in but what would u go for out of a 25, 60, 100 watt bulb, and is this ok for heating or do i need to change it. i havent got my snake yet so theres no need for me to panic but want to get it right.

Also take into consideration with the temps and humidity required for these species, screen tops only decrease the effectiveness of this, and over heat lighting elements further help to dry out an enclosure.

Well Im surprised that know one has mentioned this but, you will use different watt light bulbs during different seasons and with bloods they get respiratory infection really easy and this can be a disaster. But use a thermostat to regulate the heat and something to read the humidity as well. These snakes are AWESOME, keep those temps right and you will do great.
