 Aggressive Blood Python!!!

I just got my sumatran blood python about a week and a half ago and I tried holding him yesterday and he is really aggressive. Should I just hold him for like 15 minutes every day or would that just stress him out?

I have no experience handling an aggressive blood both of mine are tame but I had an aggressive green anaconda and he did calm down with a lot of handling i wish you all the luck

i just recently got a pair that were aggresive after there first meal they calmed down a bit but were still pretty aggressive just got to keep handling and building trust. after your blood eats and gets comfortable it will eventually calm down some. how old is it? have you fed it yet?

gloves are always a positive for the first handling just to get the feel of the snake
