 Let’s post some current photos

Why don’t we liven up this place and post some current photos of our Bloods? I will start off with two current photos of Crunch. Crunch is now around 2 years old, a little over 4’ long, and is finally fun to have around and to handle. He weighs in around 11 lbs now, so he still has some growing to do.

Hey Pete, crunch is looking good man. Here’s a few of marle. She’s roughly 48 inches.

Catfish: Marle looks great! I really like how differentiated her back coloring and markings are from her side markings. Have you tried weighing her recently? Also, have you noticed a marked change in termperment once she got to this size? Crunch seems to feel much more secure now that he is a bit larger.

Where are the photos from the rest of the members? Let’s see your snakes!

Thanks Pete, I appreciate it. Really the only difference in her temperament that I’ve noticed is that she’s extrememly hissy when first taking her out of her cage. he’s never made an attempt to bite me though. After that no problem, puppy dog tame. I agree with you, I’d like to see some more pics too.

Most bloods do like to soak from time to time. However, spending an excessive amount of time in their waterbowl could indicate a mite infestation. Try checking the bottom of Ash’s waterbowl for little black speck. If you see them, those are mites.

If you’re talking about the black specs that are visible in the picture, then those are way too big to be mites. Definitely check your snake out though, especially around the vent and eyes.

My guy has been known to soak for up to a week at a time.

aye dont be surprised to see your blood soak for days at a time sometimes, generally I always advise a bowl large enough they can easily get their whole body in as they will use it if provided.

I will need to get some new pics up all the ones I have I think I have already posted on here.
