How do you keep ants out of an outside enclosure ???

I’ve recently been thinking about making my outside shed into a reptile den. I got every spider out but how do I keep ants from coming into this area, is there any spray or dust I can sprinkle down to keep them from entering or coming aroun the area ??? I really need some feedback on this .

I would be carful doing spray that could harm your reptiles. you could always get couple dozen fedder lizerds and let them run lose in ther. just at thought. lol I also think they is ant attraction stuff but i am not sure, only heard about it.
