 Mouth Rot?

MY little guy looks like the top of his chin and nose are scrapped/indeented, not sure if its mouth rott or what. Hes also not as active as he was. Are there any treatment methods that you guys have used, or any pointers.

Is he rubbing his nose on the cage? If so, the cage may be too small and it could be any number of infections (not just mouth rot)... You can use alcohol to sterilize the spot (worked on my snake’s blisters), but since it is on the mouth, vinegar is probably better. Any pictures?

Don’t use alcohol use regular neosporin(no extra strength,etc..). I agree icearstorm on the caging part. If its dented get an x ray done.
