My MHD is the friendliest MHD she actually sometimes wants me to hold here and she will sit on my shoulder forever!

thats awesome! what breed is yours? i had a Acanthosaura Capra for about 6 years and then he sadly died due to unexpected kidney failure. They really are beautiful animals :D i do love to see a friendly MHD mine was just like yours only a lil aggressive when he was hungry or ticked hahaha :D

Acanthosara crucigera I am pretty sure but not totally ya mine is aggressive when eating I have only ticked her off once she was apparently trying to take a nap and I tryed to put her on my shoulder she open her mouth JUST A LITTLE BIT and Smack her lips I don’t Know mabye she thought she was going to be fed. She may also be Capra as I said I am not sure.

ahh i see yes that must be a beautiful lizard. capras are my favorite though. i do like some of the more exotic ones that are out in the wild that you dont usually sii in captivity like theAcanthosaura lepidogaster. Yes little rufus used to do the same thing when he tought he was going to be fed *chuckles* he was a cutie :D

I ’ll try to get a picture of her soon if I can figure out how since it is my dads camera. Also you know anything about golden geckos If you do can you help me on the Golden gecko forum I have only got 2 posts and I don’t think where helpful it is called cage help.

Hi! I fell in love with MHD’s for that reason! The first one I ever met would ride around on my head the whole time i worked ( i work at a pet store:) And he was even wild caught!
My oldest one passed away last month. His name was Arby, he was soooo calm and sweet. Two of my others are very calm as well and like to be held, but I have a male named Homer who was badly injured and quite ill when i got him three years ago, and he is still a little flighty. He poofs up and opens his mouth at me sometimes as I get him out of his cage.
I would love to see a picture of yours!
I had a golden gecko, I will go look at your question to see if I have any advice?
